Position: MALL MANAGER Location: Johor Bahru Salary : MYR 4,000. ~ MYR 5,600.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a proper tenant mix in the property, in line with business strategy and market demand, and to achieve the organization desired
business objectives.
Conduct market research from time to time.
To establish and maintain landlord-tenant relationships.
Processing Lease renewals, and interpreting the leases and to handle all renewals, terminations and deposit releasesfor all let-only properties associated with shopping mall.
Responsible to oversee the overall leases administration and agreement preparation process of shopping mall and retails.
Consult lawyers to ensure that all documents or contracts are in accordance with legal regulation and company policies.
Responds and follow up on leasinginquiries.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Real Estates Management/ Business Studies or related
discipline or equivalent.
At least 3 yearls) in Leasing Manager role in Shopping Mall and retails.
Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
Possess good database of tenant contacts.
Good communication, writing skills and motivational skills, coupled with good planning and administration abilities.
Good knowledge of Mall/Retails Leases
