Position: LEASING EXECUTIVE
Location: JohorBahru Salary: MYR 2,200.- MYR 3,100.
Responsibilities:
Provide good quality of customer service and build up strong customer relationship.
Engage customers and recommend relevant products based on their needs.
Handle customer enquiries’ and complaints, and provide professional feedback to customers according to the company's standards.
Assist the Manager on Tenant Management/Lease Administration and Documentation.
Able to negotiate and budget leasing terms and conditions.
Work with tenants to develop retails standards and ensure tenants fulfil their lease obligation.
Source and seek out prospective tenants.
Requirement:
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND MANDARIN
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma,
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate with shopping mall leasing management background are preferred.
Proactive approach and good ability to understand the customer's needs.
