PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description:
Complete new/transfer project deliverables as required to agreed targets
Manage customer expectations by making sure that projects are planned and monitored efficiently and strategies are executed effectively
Communicate with the customer frequently to help ensure that they are satisfied with the company and the products
Timetables and priorities of the project are in place and tracked
Co-ordinate and host regular project tracking meetings with the customer and internal team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to date progress/status reporting
Remove or escalate roadblocks and develop action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions
Ability to manage detailed and/or multiple projects to a successful end while working on very tight timelines
Meet previously defined indicators of success for the project and conduct post project reviews for improvement.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Project Management
Minimum 5 years as project manager experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in plastic injection moulding and mechanical assembly
Fluent in English and Mandarin
