The role is responsible fo lead and mofivafe fhe Dufy Lead, Educafion, Enferfainmenf and Refail Team on day-to-day basis To deliver operational efficiency and to ensure that all financial and non financial KPl’s are achieved in all operafional areas. To fake full confrol of fhe SEA LIFE Malaysia sife and entire operation
on a duty basis ensuring the health and safefy of all guests and staff, whilst ensuring that throughouf the guest journey of SLC MAL you are driving high slandards and achievemenf of all KPI and guest related targefs.
Requirements ; Minimum 3 years of professional experience working of an aquarium or theme
park and at least 2 years of supervisory role. Knowledgeable abouf Operations SOPs & Safety Standard and competent in management functions. Good leadership skill; abilify to communicate effectively. Competency in computing and Microsoff applicafions are essential.
