Senior Technician/Building Technician
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Engineering (ElectricavElectronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in related field
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering
Experience in overall building maintenance including electrical. plumbing. sanitary. air condition and other repair and renovation.
Maintain overall building & property upkeep in optimum function tor property of company
carry out routine inspection. surveillance & improvement to ensure safety & security measures
Self-motivated. well-organized and responsible.
Account Assistants
Variety of general accounting
Knowledgeable on Accounts Receivable & GST matter
Responsible for providing financial. administrative and clerical
Assist during year end 8- GST audit
Min Diploma, strong knowledge in account a finance & strong communication in Bahasa & English
language with 2 year experience in related field
Personal Assistant (PA) to GM
FEMALE ONLY) - mature thinking, age 30++. good in English. knowledge of door control . MS office ability to write up minute of meeting.
Facilities Clerk
(FEMALE ONLY) : age 23+ & above, can speak English. knowledge of MS office. knowledge in Intermediate auto cad is a BONUS
Helper
(MALE ONLY). but if FEMALE must be on pants always :' knowledge in English check in coming & out going stock to tally with PC a DO, input data to system for inventory. certificate in signal or rigger is a
