Chef De Partie - Hotel
As CDP, you will be responsible for kitchen operations in the Japanese outlet including food preparation, coordination, following standard recipe to ensure kitchen efficiency profitability. You are to conform to the Kitchen SOP including Food Safety & Hygiene.
Min. 2-3 years of culinary experience in Japanese cuisine.
Ability to lead and train a team objectively.
Demi Chef - Hotel
As Demi Chef for Western & Asian kitchen, you are expected to deliver high quality food and to support the kitchen operations with the task assigned. You are to conform to the Kitchen SOP including Food Safety Hygiene.
Min. 2-3 years of culinary experience in Asian or Western cuisine.
Ability to lead and train a team objectively.
Commis II & I - Hotel
As Commis, you are expected to assist the outlet Chef with the task assigned to deliver high quality food for our guests. You are to conform to the Kitchen SOP including Food Safety & Hygiene.
Min. 1-2 years of culinary experience in Western cuisine.
Passionate in culinary & possess a positive attitude.
