Customer Service Assistant:
Responsibilities:
Comprehend and communicate efficiently with VIP guest, potential
customer and so on.
To serve a drinks and direction to the guests and potential customers
as carry out daily bar counter service operation.
Responsible for control and maintaining the front desk environment.
To complete tasks assigned by superior.
Ensure that all guests receive a positive first and last impression at Forest City.
Other Ad-hoc assignment.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPMI"A" Level/Pre-U, any
field.
Required Ianguage(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work on weekend (6 working days).
Pleasant appearance and personality.
Applicants must be willing to work in Forest City, Gelang Patah.
Preferably specializing in customer service. hospitality and equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
