PROJECT COORDINATOR
Duties & Responsibilities:
Able to work independently in monitoring and coordinating all production activities such as contract administration, project quantity survey, planning, procurement and sub-contracting, design/field engineering, QHSE matters and document control.
Prepare detailed project schedules including materials estimates and manpower needs and preparing comprehensive action plans including resources, manage projects within the timeframe and budget and liaise with various section heads, clients and contractors to ensure deliverables are on schedule and to customers' satisfaction
Liaise with clients, suppliers and sub-vendors
Prepare and submit regular reports on progress of projects and provide and be accountable for all documentation as required by clients for each project
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
At least 3 years working experience in fabrication of pressure vessels and heat exchangers
At least 3 years in project coordination from conception to delivery
Familiar with the relevant documentation required in the industry and ability to prepare relevant reports to client and relevant authorities
Strong leadership qualities and good time management
Result orientated, with drive and passion to achieve set targets
Familiar with MS Office including MS Project and ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts and schedules
Knowledge of Quality and HSE systems
Knowledge of Government /local requirements and liaison with Government and local authorities
SALES ENGINEER
Duties & Responsibilities:
To assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in the procurement of business and in
developing new business opportunities both within Malaysia and the ASEAN region
Assist in identifying markets/competitors for Company's products and establish
contacts
Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in successfully managing the sales process; lead
generation, credentials pitch; negotiations and closing deals
Responsible for own business leads and appointments together with those of the Sales
Marketing Manager
Provide and be accountable for all client proposals documentation, contracts and any
further documentation and procedures/follow ups.
Maintain customer profile
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years' working experience in related
field.
Experience in fabrication of pressure vessels and heat exchangers
Confident, target-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independenfly.
Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words & Powerpoint
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong desire to excel
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
