CNC Machinist/ Machinist
Responsible to operate CNC Turning programming and/or other CNC machines to ensure
production quality and safety standards are complied with.
Responsible to set up and programming CNC machines and adjusting to meet specifications
outlined on blueprints in an Oilfield Job Shop environment.
Responsible to prepare CNC programmes and tooling set up once an order has been
received.
To verify that dimensions are within tolerances on machined parts and documents equipment
changes by completing appropriate records
Performs inspection procedures to verify work using precision measuring instruments.
Utilizes a wide range of machining techniques. procedures and measurement devices
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standard operating procedures.
To support production to achieve target in terms of quality and quantity.
Able to work independently and possess good problem solving skill.
Performs ancillary duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years CNC Machinist experience.
-Mazak experience strongly preferred include Slant Turn 60 machine. Must have
experience programming with one of the following Controls: Mazatrol 640T, MoriSeiki
500III. Makino milling S56 as well as set-up, editing and operation of Mazak CNC
Machines.
Familiar with type and material parts
Understand machining parts drawing
Knowledgeable in tools and equipment section during set up and operate the machine
Familiar with basic and simple daily maintenance require for the machine
Working experience. preferably in the oil and gas industry
Exposure to CNC Turning Machine operations will be an advantage and most importantly
possess good attitude and self-discipline.
Required skills : CNC Turning Programming
Willing to work in shift.
Basic command of written and spoken English
